Senior Account Manager
Reports to: VP of Account Management
We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for an Account Manager to join us in our London office. #LI-Hybrid
You will focus on Customer Growth and Customer Renewals. You will prospect, initiate and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive incremental ARR. You will also conduct Executive Business Reviews, negotiations, and finalize the renewal of existing customer agreements.
On a typical day, you will:
- Be responsible for a book of business and ARR for the associated accounts.
- Identify and drive growth strategy across your accounts to meet retention and growth targets.
- Manage Executive relationships with key customer stakeholders to support the retention and growth within the account.
- Work with the Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of the Ardoq platform by realizing the value customers planned to ensure customer retention.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to develop a demand generation strategy for your customers.
- Stay on top of the latest company/product/process developments and integrate these into outbound lead-generation efforts.
We imagine you will bring:
- 6+ years within a SaaS provider
- Experience achieving your sales targets in an account management/revenue expansion role
- Familiarity with a rigorous qualification and MEDDPICC sales methodology approach
- Great collaboration skills, and a track record working with Solution specialists, marketing, legal, revenue operations, and partners
- Understanding of how to engineer a complex deal and think outside of the box to provide the highest value to our customers
- Experience working with customers to deliver value and setting the growth journey for them to the next level
