We are looking for a Technical Leader for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- Providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic virtualization initiatives;
- Designing and influencing Architect team on virtual platform key decisions;
- Working with vendors and providing an aligned roadmap for the covered scope;
- Implementing and managing process improvements to enhance efficiency of the team and reduce downtime for the business;
- Handling complex technical issues and providing solutions to maintain smooth operations;
- Contributing to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters;
- Identifying Innovation activities that promote optimization and efficiency of the team;
- Working closely with partner teams to deliver best-of-breed customer service outcomes;
- Guiding and mentoring the technical team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards;
- Leading all the problem records and owning them until resolution;
- Providing Life Cycle Management Strategy for all coordinating topics;
- Providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures;
- Ensuring appropriate documentation, including procedures for the Operations departments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure;
- 5+ years of experience in performing analysis and troubleshooting within the Infrastructure scope;
- Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible, Puppet, and Chef;
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework;
- Experience with Docker;
- Experience with DevOps environment;
- Fast learner in terms of understanding and analyzing business processes;
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change Management;
- Ability to work well under pressure and minimal supervision.
