About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead our HR function in the Philippines. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will play a strategic role in building an engaged, high-performing team, ensuring that our HR practices align with both local laws and global standards. This is an excellent opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a dynamic IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy : Collaborate with the CPO to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
- Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the tech industry.
- Workforce Planning : Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure we have the right talent for the future.
- Learning and Development : Lead the creation and implementation of training programs to develop skills in areas like DevOps, cloud computing, and leadership.
- Performance Management : Implement performance appraisal systems to encourage continuous feedback and career development.
- Employee Engagement : Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects local values.
- Compensation and Benefits : Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, in line with local standards.
- HR Operations : Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Change Management : Support the organization through periods of change, ensuring effective communication and implementation of initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
- Experience in HR strategy, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience in data-driven HR practices and HR technology.
