As the Sales Director for Industrial/Commercial Accounts at Masagana Gas Corporation, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the President, you will develop and implement sales strategies, cultivate relationships with key clients, and drive business growth in the industrial and commercial sectors. Your leadership, strategic vision, and industry expertise will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives and maintaining our position as a leader in the LPG industry.
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) | Fully Onsite
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help team members develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Identify client needs, address concerns, and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and value-added services to meet client needs.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Implement sales processes and systems to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Use market insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial or commercial sectors within the LPG industry.
