Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Present and demonstrate our solutions to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition, providing insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Access to London 3-5 days a week.
- 5+ years of experience selling Contact Centre solutions to mid-market and above organisations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
