We are currently looking for an Account Manager with strong account handling & planning experience from an agency background, ideally with social media and/or influencer marketing expertise.
One of our most important clients is undergoing an exciting and category-disrupting rebrand, which we anticipate will be truly industry-changing. We’re seeking someone who can provide reliable and confident account management support from day one. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience with integrated campaigns and has delivered creative campaign work and digital assets. It would be highly advantageous if they have delivered campaigns and/or projects in the lifestyle (eg. home, health, beauty, fitness, food) or kitchen or home-improvement industry and an added bonus if they have worked with purpose-driven online consumer retail brands.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of account management & campaign delivery for one of Crush’s key clients, who are a UK-leading online reseller of high-end home interiors
- Quickly establish a sound knowledge of the client’s campaign strategy and delivery requirements, including any existing projects’ milestones and deliverables
- Develop, plan, and execute impactful, lifestyle-led campaign activation and creative for our leading brand clients
- Skilfully and tactfully manage relationships between all internal and external stakeholders, at all levels from Exec to CEO
- Manage internal and external specialist resource with highly-effective briefing abilities and project management skills
- Field enquiries and act as a gatekeeper to the Crush MD/CSO for all matters regarding the account and campaign delivery
- Work with the Crush CSO to develop and pitch incremental concepts and opportunities
- Create effective presentation slides and materials to support priority workstreams
- Work alongside the Crush Operations team to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and within budget, assisting within every aspect of the campaign, from supplier management, trafficking assets to final delivery
Person specification
To be successful within this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in delivering strategy, planning, creative campaigns and digital products, ideally from within an agency setting
- A solid understanding of social media and ambassador/influencer marketing
- Account handling experience, ideally for a lifestyle, kitchen, home-improvement, or furniture brand, such as Magnet or IKEA
- Demonstrable experience of delivering integrated campaigns for e-comms brands and or purpose-driven brands
- A tactful and strategic approach to stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading abilities
- Strong commercial awareness of opportunity and resource costs
- Bundles of enthusiasm and must be a natural self-starter; always on the lookout for ways to improve the level of service we provide to the client
- Confident and engaging communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and well-thought through solutions to the client’s needs
- Have a passion for music, entertainment, sport and lifestyle trends – all the things we care about
