Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales efforts of our insurance division. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and implement sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling campaigns and offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior sales manager in the insurance industry
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance partners
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Certification or qualification in insurance or related field is preferred
