Xcede are currently partnered with an exciting hyper growth OT security vendor who are in the process of looking to launch into the UK and MEA region.
Following the increasing demand and recent success seen in EMEA, my client is looking to hire a Regional Sales Director within the UK as the 1st boots on the ground for MEA and UKI.
Responsibilities:
As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible as the first employee working directly with the Co-Founder and CEO to develop the UKI and MEA region.
- Execute on the entire sales cycle end-to-end
- Help create and implement the sales playbook
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-Suite and decision makers
- Develop channel partner relationships to drive sales within a two-tier model
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction
- Own quota to drive success
- Hunt new logos within the UK and Middle East within critical infrastructure clients
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be driven by hitting and overachieving quotas and be happy to work remotely within the region as the 1st boots in the region.
- At least 5 years experience selling enterprise software within cybersecurity
- Experience selling into the UK and MEA region
- Willingness to learn and develop as the company grows
- Proven experience of hitting and overachieving quotas
- Startup experience is an advantage
- Experience within OT Security
- Fluent in English
