With a strong foothold in the London and Lloyd’s markets, they are now expanding their team and are in search of an experienced Account Director with a robust background in claims management and extensive experience in the London and Lloyd’s syndicate markets.
The Role:
As the Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing their key client accounts, leveraging your deep expertise in claims and your significant experience within the London and Lloyd’s markets. You will act as the main point of contact for their clients, ensuring risk management needs are met with tailored solutions, while also driving new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships within the syndicate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, providing expert advice and solutions in line with their risk management needs.
- Claims Expertise: Utilise your extensive claims background to guide clients through complex claims processes, ensuring efficient and favourable outcomes.
- London & Lloyd’s Market: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the London and Lloyd’s markets to develop and execute strategies that align with market trends and opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and syndicate stakeholders to support business growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the London and Lloyd’s markets, contributing to the brokerage’s growth objectives.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business performance.
- Proven experience in claims management, with a significant portion of your career spent within the London and Lloyd’s markets.
- Strong knowledge of the London and Lloyd’s market syndicates, with established relationships within the market.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
