Why be a Graduate Marketing Executive at THG?
As part of the programme, you will be enrolled into two 6-month rotations to experience different areas of the Division and enhance your skillset.
As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive you will join one of the below channels:
Social Media Marketing:
- Select, edit and post images with well-written and engaging captions.
- Utilize all functionalities of social platforms to drive reach, visibility, and engagement.
- Employ strategies to grow following and industry presence.
- Ability to read and interpret data and metrics to analyze social performance.
Content Marketing:
- Work closely with the Content Manager to execute editorial content strategy across the Cult Beauty site.
- Produce blog content and website copy that supports trading initiatives and the wider marketing team’s objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to produce relevant, valuable content that increases brand awareness and drives traffic to the site.
Influencer Marketing:
- Research and identification of suitable influencers for our Cult Beauty brand.
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with influencers.
- Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness.
Affiliate Marketing:
- Responsible for executing strategies under the guidance of the Head of Affiliates.
- Build and manage relationships with our affiliate publishers.
- Ensure weekly communications are sent out to affiliates across all brands.
Paid Media Marketing:
Paid Social: Build new campaigns across multiple Paid Social ad-platforms.
- Use data-driven insights to quickly iterate and improve results.
- Ensure relevance and minimal overlap in audience reviews.
- Conduct creative reviews for high-quality creative suitability.
Paid Search: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of paid search accounts.
- Optimizations of text ad and shopping ad activity.
- Making changes and improvements to product feeds.
- Updating promotions based on in-house promotional calendars.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Manage day-to-day on-page optimization of e-commerce and blog websites.
- Recommend and scope technical optimization fixes to enhance site crawlability.
CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing):
- Day-to-day management of CRM Campaigns.
- Develop a testing strategy to identify optimum email results.
- Implement a dynamic and personalized email strategy.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and collaborative individuals.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships.
- Strong passion for E-commerce & Digital Marketing.
- Proactive self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is beneficial.
