Why be a Graduate Marketing Executive at THG? As part of the programme, you will be enrolled in two 6-month rotations to experience different areas of the Division and enhance your skillset.
As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive, you will join one of the following channels:
Social Media Marketing: You will create engaging posts and interact with customers across various social media channels. Main duties include:
- Select, edit, and post images with engaging captions.
- Utilize all functionalities of social platforms to drive reach and engagement.
- Employ strategies to grow following and industry presence.
- Analyze social performance using data and metrics.
Content Marketing: You will produce captivating content for client sites, focusing on blog content. Main duties include:
- Execute editorial content strategy across the Cult Beauty site.
- Learn about the blog-hosting platform and support content uploads.
- Conduct market research to produce valuable content.
Product Marketing: You will assist in generating market strategy and campaign execution. Main duties include:
- Liaising with teams to bring products to market.
- Developing creative briefs and concepts.
- Tracking product performance through reporting.
Brand Marketing: You will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies. Main duties include:
- Executing brand strategies across channels.
- Managing brand marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the development of campaign briefs.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
- Commercially astute and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships.
- Strong passion for Ecommerce & Digital Marketing.
- Proactive self-starter with problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is beneficial.
