Job Description
- Building client relationships with multiple disciplines across the client business.
- Taking client briefs and transforming them into workable internal agency briefs alongside your client service team - filling in gaps and making them as inspirational as possible.
- Contributing towards the work: bringing the value of your client and industry understanding into the project to enhance our brilliant work.
- Leading the sell-in of the work: working with the agency team to shape our deliverable before leading a team to present and inspire clients with our work.
- Leading the client management & communication strategy.
- Owning the commercial performance of the client.
- Leading business development opportunities.
- Leading, managing, and developing a team of Client Service talent: helping them to build their capability in the day-to-day; ensuring they have the right support available; making sure their wellbeing is served and their ambitions are pursued.
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years relevant agency experience (FMCG experience is preferable).
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Brilliant communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise across a busy client account.
- Experience in delivering digital, technology, and content projects.
- A fun and formidable networker - someone who loves getting to know new people.
- A true people-person: not just a people-pleaser.
