The Role:
AllCares is looking for the Sales & Operations Associate to join the team. As a Sales & Operations Associate, you will coordinate client outreach and integrations roadmap, help scale operations and help build out a publisher pipeline for the cutting-edge AdTech platform designed to revolutionize the way online publishers run their businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing our client outreach pipeline and contacting new prospects.
- Support the team in building new client relationships and crafting pitches to new publishers.
- Help maintain our internal knowledge databases and CRM systems.
- Work on data and analytics tasks related to our client integration processes.
- Contribute to refining our propositions over time.
Basic Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology).
- Strong interest in sales and operations, particularly in technology businesses.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A keen interest in tech startups and the online publishing industry.
- Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets & Excel) for analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for optimizing workflows.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in sales and/or operations, especially within technology businesses.
- Understanding of CRM systems and outreach processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
