Rare opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to join a growing mobile-app development team with one of Australia’s largest telecommunications organisations.
This organisation is continuously looking for ways to improve their customer experience across digital, design, insights and solutions, evolving into a mobile-led multimedia company.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of a small team focused on creating engagement through unique app experiences.
This is an initial 6 month contract, and you must have full working rights in Australia for tax and payroll purposes.

Minimum Requirements
- A strong background in customer-centered marketing, including delivering effective campaigns for web, app, social and other channels where needed.
- Previous experience managing the delivery, optimization and reporting of all marketing activity across paid and owned channels in line with wider strategic initiatives and product propositions.
- Broad experience of end-to-end campaign management across channels, including DM, TM and online.
- Experience working with campaign delivery analysts in the design, set up and execution of acquisition focused campaigns.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using web app development software.
- Open to candidates from both agency and internal marketing backgrounds.
- Must be able to be on-site in Sydney 3 days per week.
