About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital marketing strategies, executing highly engaging campaigns, and reporting on performance with a focus on driving app engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that cut through the noise, and continuously improve customer engagement.

- Rate: $900 to $1000 per day + Super
- Length: 6-month contract
- Reporting into: Associate Director
- Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney
- Work environment: 3 days a week Tuesday & Wednesday all in days
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy to drive engagement with the app.
- Create data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize performance through a test-and-learn approach.
- Manage the execution of creative campaigns focused on apps, but also including digital advertising, customer touchpoints (web, mobile, social), and more.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Report on campaign performance, analyzing data to identify key insights and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work closely with delivery analysts to design, set up, and execute campaigns using complex data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies to drive engagement within the app user base.
- Optimize campaign performance across all channels, focusing on response rates, conversion, and ROI.
- Build strong brand advocacy and foster positive sentiment through engaging creative content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, creative, and brand) to deliver cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure effective project and campaign delivery.
- Lead and inspire a small team, focusing on capability development and growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Must have experience developing content for apps and familiarity with platforms like Airship (or similar).
- Extensive experience in campaign management, with a solid background in handling complex data and collaborating with analysts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and within budget.
- Experience leading teams and delivering successful campaigns across paid and owned channels.
