Roles and Responsibilities :-
- The candidate should have rich experience of 5-10 years handling B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, channel partner management, or a similar role within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective sales training programs and materials.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, technology tools / Websites (WhatsApp, , Etc) - Content development skills, email writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Managed working in international geographies as this project will entail working across geographies and therefore multiple time-zones
- Training experience of 5+ years with 3+ years of coaching experience
- Excellent communication skills
