We are looking for a hands-on HR leader with 8+ years of experience in building a team and setting up processes in a growing company. Key Areas:
- Talent Acquisition : Lead recruitment strategies to deliver 5x growth, ensuring the right talent is hired to support business objectives.
- HR Operations & SOPs : Oversee HR operations, develop, and optimize standard operating procedures to ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes.
- Employee Engagement & Experience : Create and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and implement a robust performance management framework that aligns with business goals and drives high performance.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion programs to build a dynamic and innovative workforce.
- Great Place to Work Certification: Set the path and execute initiatives to achieve and maintain GPTW certification.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with all labor laws and HR-related regulations. Implement and update HR policies as needed.
- Leadership Development: Develop leadership and succession planning programs to identify and nurture future leaders.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HR technologies and analytics to drive insights and improve decision-making across HR functions.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Work closely with the co-founder, Mukul, who has a track record of building successful products for Bharat.
