Key Result Areas
- Responsible for growing the business of existing clients by doing cross-selling /upselling and new business development.
- Understanding and driving the technical execution - Coordination between technical teams of GyFTR and Partner Clients for API integration.
- Negotiations with Finance teams of Partner Clients to finalize the commercial engagement
- The Key Accounts Manager will become the principal contact person for each client associated with us.
- Responsible for documenting the client’s future requirements, which outlines the tasks or projects that they wish to undertake over some time.
- Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.
- Website Management - Coordinate with the IT and design teams to implement website updates, including changing banners and running campaigns
- Customer Retention - Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty and repeat purchase rates.
- P&L Management - Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
Skill Set Required
· Proven working experience of 7+ years in Client Servicing & Client Retention.
· Should have prior experience in Client-Facing (face-to-face meetings)
· Should have a good working knowledge of Excel such as VLOOKUP, HLOOK, Pivot Table, and Summarizing /merging the data from one Excel sheet to another to generate the report in Excel
· Should have good experience in making and presenting presentations
· Should have management 1 large (rev 100cr above) account or 3-4 small accounts (rev 10cr-50cr)
· Should have experience in acquiring and retaining new corporate clients to generate revenue
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
· Knowledge of API integration will be an add-on advantage
· Should have prior experience in a Team Management Role
