Core Responsibilities
Develop or support to create / revise / update SOP, WI, OPL, training materials, quality plan, … documents related to quality in LMV
Develop rework / sorting instruction if it's not available in Quality Handbook.
Make decisions about non-conform product, possibilities for rework or sorting with consulting to quality manager
Process risk-assessment (pFMEA) and develop /update quality plan according to the pFMEA’s revision
Deliver quality training, do qualification and MSA to Quality team plus related team e.g. Production, WH, … to ensure performance consistency
Routine walkby for quality compliance and identify quality risks in own areas
Actively support and coach quality hourly teams, shopfloor teams to review, analyse quality issues and make decision to secure the LEGO products with utilizing quality and problem-solving tools e.g. 5S, Kaizen, LEAN methods, 8D, SGA/QC and do coaching for shopfloor teams...
Raise quality alert or escalation when needed, to ensure legal and corporate quality standards are fully complied and stop production line in case of safety or product quality hazards found
Lead RCA for product’s safety/quality issues in own areas, execute RCA for customer complaints and support Stop-list / Big-Incident handling in the right way.
Interface with Engineering, Production and LEGO Continuous Improvement to secure timely, efficient, and effective problem solving.
Communicate Quality standards/Performance to stakeholders.
Assist internal / external IMS audits in own area, including determining CAPA and closing out audit findings.

Ensures safe and premium quality products at the assigned scopes.
Driver of the RCA and implementation of corrective actions for quality issues identified in own area
Quality evaluation and decision making based on TLG quality standards, related market regulations and specific customer requirements
Connect with platform to justify and define new quality standards if the current defect library or guidance does not cover the case yet.

Do you have what it takes
5+ years of experience in Quality, prefer from multinational companies or companies with premium quality standards
University degree majoring in Polymer, Moulding or Process/System Engineering or Industrial Management is preferred
Practical experience in applying DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, SGA/QC in problem solving, quality improvement
Root-cause Analysis, FMEA hands-on experience. Be able to facilitate or coordinate Root-cause Analysis, FMEA
Visual ability and no colour blind
Knowledge with technical drawing
Strong team player with flexible behaviors, open minded, proactive and supportive
Systematic thinking and sense for excellence
Decisive and Result oriented with fact-base driven, data oriented, detail oriented and logical, analytical views
Strong communication skills in verbal and nonverbal
Self-driven personality with can-do-attitude
Experience in implementation and conformance to integrated EQMS system (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001), CCC and FSC
Test equipment and lab management knowledge
SAP user
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
