Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a mid-term 1 - 4 weeks Mould maintenance schedule by using data from MMS and discuss with Mould maintenance, Moulding production & Planner.
- Work closely with Mold Maintenance Coordinator to understand resources and machinery to plan effective mold maintenance.
- Cooperate with global team on Mould transfer between factories.
- Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short or long term Mould maintenance backlog.
- Support department initiatives that drive improvements in process and capabilities throughout the organization. Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
- To do BI support work in Mould maintenance area.
- Maintenance area IT issue follow up.
- Support/coordinate company or department activity.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Quality: High focus on First Time Through, do It right the first time.
- Learning: In everyday basis, different types of moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.
- Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.
- 5S to work station, Mould maintenance huddle area and rest of the Mould Maintenance areas.
Do you have what it takes?
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar field.
- Priority is given to candidates with intermediate level or higher, preferably in technical fields.
- Good at in Microsoft Office, PPT, Word, Excel
- Good coordination and communication ability
- Good data collection and analysis ability
- Strong learning ability
- High commitment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills.
