Core Responsibilities
- Maintain LEGO Moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.
- Perform preventive maintenance to Moulds based on daily planning log and priorities for systematic cleaning and end of order.
- Preventive cleaning to arrival Moulds.
- Mould storage in the correct rack, scan location and system update.
- Report immediately to shift leader of any colleague with higher skills any problem detected in the mould during the preventive maintenance process.
- Troubleshooting of minor problems with Moulds running in production.
- Open and close orders in MaintainIT registering accurate man time related to the work performed.
- Quality: High focus on First Time Through, do It right the first time.
- Learning: In everyday basis, different types of Moulds, components, platforms, problem solving.
- Caring: Support the company’s priorities by caring about his/her safety and also caring about team mates.
- 5S to work station and rest of the Mould Maintenance areas.
Do you have what it takes?
- Preferred candidates have experience in a plastic company or be recent graduates.
- Degree in engineering mechanical is a plus.
- Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).
- Process thinking.
- Problem Solving.
- Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs).
- Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
- Good English communication.
