Core Responsibilities
Installation of lines based on project scenario
Technical repairs manufacturing and non-manufacturing equipment and facilities - repairs on site or securing it to the supplier.
Support software engineer on automation improvement or project
Support process engineer on equipment testing
Lead and drive small projects relevant to machine issues.
Introduction of new technology and method to maintain and improve machine performance.
Collection and transition on knowledge sharing.
Preparation of electronics and software documentation + cooperation on process description.
Cooperation with other maintenance personnel, engineering and operators.
Transmission of information on repairs and faults to your manager and implementation of records on condition levels, or the repair done.
Responsibility for the work done and for order in the workplace.
Compliance with safety and workflow.
Be able to work in shift if needed
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum 5 year experience with electronics, PLCs and PLC programing software
Can read mechanical / electrical diagram and perform proper trouble shooting
Technical education with a focus on electricity or machinery
Having experience working on PC such as MS Office, SAP, Rockwell PLC/Siemens PLC/Other Industry PLC Basic knowledge of CAD is an advantage
