As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and drive innovative solutions within the competency area, supporting technology for our supply chain. Your leadership will empower product teams to meet business needs while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Nurture Talent: Cultivate the growth and development of team members within your competency area, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources to product teams, aligning with both business needs and individual circumstances (e.g., maternity leave, resignations, etc.).
- Staffing Excellence: Collaborate with HR to maintain a highly skilled, motivated team, making informed staffing decisions.

Do You Have What It Takes?
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA and a passion for Agile development methodologies. Your ability to lead, mentor, and influence will be crucial in creating a culture of collaboration and innovation across teams.
- Technology Experience: Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA ERP, Supply Chain Management systems like Kinaxis Maestro and platforms like SAP BTP/ABAP Cloud.
- Agile Expertise: Proficient in Agile development methodologies and practices, fostering an outcome-driven mindset within product teams.
- Product-Centric Focus: Strong background in product management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentorship Skills: Capable of developing and training team members to excel in their roles.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange across different product teams.
- Technical Leadership: Lead with passion, inspiring both people and technology.
- Community Contributor: Actively share knowledge and contribute to professional communities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Delivery & Execution: Familiar with practices like acceptance test-driven development, continuous deployment, and DevOps.
- People Processes: Understand and implement essential people processes, including performance reviews, recruitment, and onboarding.
