Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the Global Stream Lead for recruitment support teams worldwide. This includes being accountable for global processes in this area, developing and implementing global strategies for one of the Employee Services streams, and partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to drive shared goals and initiatives.
Beside this, your responsibilities will include:
- Team leadership and development, supporting and coaching the team members for their professional development
- Continuously look for improvements through close interaction with your colleagues and employees by using the LEGO Continuous Improvements (LCI) approach
- Management System centered around key performance indicators, capacity utilization, and efficiency goals
- Develop a high-performance culture within the team, promote creativity and “out of the box thinking”, and set department direction for the future
- Establish a culture, constantly focusing on the product and the users from an outside-in perspective
- Be a key player in developing the BSO function to the next level to better support the future aspirations of LEGO
- Ensure timely and high quality of department deliverables
- Continuously promote efficiency and effectiveness in daily work
- Secure compliance of governance and policies within functional area

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 4 locations; Monterrey, Prague, Shanghai and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.
As a member of the LEGO BSO, you will be immersed in a highly professional environment that prioritizes quality, continuous learning, and collaboration.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in leading strategic global initiatives within an international organization
- Experience working in or managing operations within Shared Service Centers
- Demonstrated experience as a conscientious and supportive people leader, with a focus on mentoring and fostering team growth
- Relevant professional working experience within HR administration, preferably from Talent Acquisition
- Significant business and market understanding related to customers
- Exceptional ability to build partnerships and effectively influence partners at all levels
- Workday experience would be an advantage
