We are looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our LCR team. The Legal, Compliance and Risk Management (LCR) team supports operational legal needs within the CEEMEA region

Core Responsibilities
- Drive and proactively manage all commercial legal issues within designated Area of responsibility – Czech Republic and Slovakia (CZ SK)/ Poland, Ukraine and Baltics (PUB)/ Turkey, Israel, Greece and Central Asia Markets (TIGR CAT), in close cooperation with CEEMEA General Counsel and respected Business Units Leadership Team
- Providing legal support to all company functions and ensuring they are aligned with the company’s internal policies and rules, LCR and CEEMEA Market Group (MG) priorities, business strategies, and local legal regulations.
- Support Regional Leadership Team based in Prague.
- Support Business Services Office (shared services hub), based in Prague re commercial related matters.
- Accountability for providing full legal services to all legal entities within the designated area of responsibility, in particular but not limited to coordination of legal issues and legal matters; preparing, coordinating and reviewing contracts and providing legal input and support to all relevant internal partners (including but not limiting to contract law, corporate law, labour law, legal advice to marketing, e-com and other relevant functions);
- Provide sound and comprehensive legal information and analysis to relevant partners in connection with adopting strategic decisions and assess legal impact of the business decisions.
- Within the risk management process, reviewing the achievement of the priorities with applicable laws governing the business activities.
- Provide regular commercial legal and compliance training and business compliance tools and monitor those on a regular basis.
- Cooperation and close coordination of efforts with Centres of Excellence within LCR, such as data privacy, competition compliance and others in order to ensure high level of quality of legal counselling and compliance benchmark within designated sphere of responsibility.
- Manage internal and/or external relationships to optimize work effectiveness, including building working relationships with external Counsels
- Support the continued development of collaboration, knowledge sharing and process optimization within CEEMEA LCR team and contribute to CEEMEA LCR Team on an ongoing basis
- Document legal processes and work output in legal knowledge management tools.

CEEMEA (Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa) is a regional team located in Billund, Prague, Kladno and Nyiregyhaza consisting of a variety of legal positions, aimed at providing legal commercial counselling, operational factory legal counselling and IP Enforcement Strategies.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant global experience from inhouse or private practice within Commercial counselling, corporate advisory and marketing and sales counselling legal area
- In depth knowledge of Czech law is highly preferred
- Proven experience in commercial matters legal management
- Proven track-record in negotiations, contract drafting and advisory, matter management and stakeholder management.
- An appetite and ability to learn new skills as well as the willingness to learn and following through on tasks
- Highly collaborative and curious mentality with a “can do” approach
