The Senior Manager, Global Media Planning (WE) is going to be driving Digital Marketing across what is dubbed as the biggest growth region for Digital and e-Commerce in the world!
Core Responsibilities
- Support the creation of comprehensive media strategies that align with the company’s global objectives in the Western Europe (WE) region, including helping identify effective media channels for each market, determining the optimal media mix, and assisting in setting media budgets.
- Assist in the media buying process in the Western Europe region, including supporting negotiations with media vendors
- Assist in understanding and segmenting the WE audience based on various factors to target media plans effectively.
- Help set performance metrics for WE media campaigns and monitor these metrics regularly to assess the effectiveness of media plans.
- Assist in performing thorough research and analysis to understand WE media trends, audience behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure that media plans align with creative strategies in the WE region and are culturally sensitive and resonate with local audiences across different markets.
- Make real-time adjustments to media plans based on performance data to improve return on investment in the WE region under the guidance of the Director.

Global Media Activation is part of our Markets & Channels marketing department. Their focus includes activation plans, global strategy media planning. In this role, you will be playing a critical role in defining our full year media calendar for the WE region, as well as using your paid media capabilities to support global campaign briefs.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate comes with minimum 5 years Digital Marketing experience in Retail/Luxury/FMCG categories, and will have experience navigating a matrix organisation. This combined with strong functional knowledge in paid digital media. Individuals with a media agency experience will be considered.
Moreover, they are:
- Creative, ambitious and has an ongoing thirst for knowledge and learning
- Broad experience in Paid, Owned and Earned media (search, programmatic, performance marketing, analytics, site builds and content, social media, influencer engagement etc)
- Understanding media planning & marketing experience towards children, and their parents would be a plus
- Passion for and genuine curiosity for innovation that is happening in the Digital / e-Commerce space
- Independent, CREATIVE, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
The position is based in Copenhagen, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
