Core Responsibilities
This role involves cross-functional collaboration within Global Supply Chain Operations to support strategic projects and problem-solving efforts. Here’s a breakdown of key responsibilities based on the description:
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with various teams across the supply chain and beyond to drive critical projects and support strategy formulation.
Insight Extraction and Alignment - Partner with supply chain specialists to extract actionable insights that ensure pivotal initiatives align with operational realities.
Governance and Consistency - Ensure that processes, materials and messaging, are consistent across strategic initiatives, enhancing clarity and coherence.
Connectivity Building - Identify and strengthen strategic connections across functions to promote alignment and efficiency in execution.
Effective Communication - Develop clear, straightforward communication materials to convey complex priorities to the organization at large.
Strategy Cycle Support - Assist in preparations for the upcoming strategy cycle, ensuring readiness for this critical planning phase.

Global Supply Chain Operations is overall responsible for securing we have the right products in the right place at the right time. With the Global Distribution, S&OP and Business Enabling function supporting the broader organization through ownership of global processes and reporting solutions, deployment of strategic priorities and governance of global standards.
We have a significant change agenda ahead of us across our Supply Chain as we expand our manufacturing and distribution footprint to new geographies, all whilst delivering our commitments across all four of our key strategic pillars- productivity, service, sustainability, and resilience. Further, our digital agenda continues to pick up speed, demanding a new set of capabilities and a broader set of stakeholders to interact with across the value chain.
Meanwhile, our commercial landscape is constantly evolving, and we need to future-proof our supply chain organization to be ready for the continued disruptions and ultimately support future demand.
Do you have what it takes?
A background in supply chain with experience working with strategy from a consulting background or large multi-national organization.
Strong communication skills, breaking down complexity into actionable recommendations.
A collaborative, can-do attitude, easily able to build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
Outstanding analytical skills, able to uncover key insights and drive meaningful conclusions.
An end-to-end thinker eager to understand the bigger picture and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
