Join us as an Associate Marketing Manager LEGO Friends or Adults (Parental Leave Cover, 12 months) and help shape the future of two iconic portfolios, crafting campaigns and products that inspire creativity and connection in both kids and adults alike!
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving marketing strategies for one of our two exciting portfolio areas: LEGO Friends or Adults. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Lead, cross-functional teams, and external partners, you will:
Support the development of portfolio strategies, using insights from research, performance data, and market trends to inform product and marketing decisions.
Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs across packaging, promotional tools, and consumer touchpoints.

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in the full product and marketing value chain—from strategy and product development to go-to-market execution. Whether building relevance for adults through innovative categories like Art & Deco, Music, and Gaming, or crafting engaging assortments and strategies for LEGO Friends, you’ll help deliver impactful experiences that drive growth and strengthen the LEGO brand globally.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

A team-player with a collaborative approach, able to drive conversations across diverse teams (e.g., Agency creatives, channel owners, product design teams, Global Insights team, IP partners, etc.)
