Core Responsibilities
In this role as Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for two or more LEGO franchises, delivering world-class marketing assets. More specifically, you will:
Develop great packaging that brings the LEGO® products to life on shelf in close collaboration with our global franchise leads and the internal LEGO creative agency
Develop fantastic source copy – work closely with our text and SEO agencies to deliver strong global product text that is anchored in the franchises and optimized to the communication platforms used
Franchise business case building and maintenance – in collaboration with global marketing lead, ensuring strong business buildup and routine updates
Work with key Intellectual Property partners to ensure we have a smooth and optimized process in the ongoing dialogue on marketing and communication asset development
Actively participate in process optimization and team building within Cross-Franchise Marketing
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join Cross-Franchise Marketing team based from our office in Billund. We are a team consisting of 18 dedicated marketeers who work across various product lines. We ensure a streamlined approach and outstanding partnering with internal and external partners so that we deliver world class output in key marketing fields within business cases and core marketing asset deliverables. As our new colleague you will collaborate closely with a broad network of partners, from our franchise marketing leads to our global advertising agency.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:
Proven experience from a similar position
Worked with marketing asset development, packaging and/or product would be an advantage
Experienced at working with Excel
Have the drive, analytical skills and personal impact to ensure that you always deliver both when working in teams and independently
Proficiency in English written, verbal and presentation
