Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of experience in marketing IT hardware products such as servers, storage solutions, data center, workstations, and private clouds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive product adoption, and support business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT hardware market and a proven ability to lead successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement tailored marketing strategies for products including servers, storage solutions, data centers, workstations, and private clouds.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the IT hardware industry.
- Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
2. Product Marketing
- Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, with a focus on high-performance servers, scalable storage solutions, data center infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Sales Enablement: Develop comprehensive sales enablement tools, including product brochures, technical guides, case studies, and presentations.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to various stages of the product lifecycle, from new product introduction to maturity.
3. Demand Generation
- Lead Generation: Design and manage lead generation campaigns targeting enterprise customers, data center operators, and cloud service providers.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media, to drive engagement and generate qualified leads.
- Content Strategy: Develop content that educates and engages target audiences, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages of our hardware solutions.
4. Customer Engagement and Retention
- Customer Insights: Leverage customer data and feedback to refine marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Retention Programs: Implement customer retention initiatives, such as loyalty programs, personalized communication, and customer success stories, to enhance long-term relationships.
5. Performance Measurement and Optimization
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROI) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Leadership and Collaboration

Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in marketing is preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of marketing experience in the IT hardware industry, with a focus on servers, storage, data centers, workstations, and private clouds.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing analytics tools. Experience in marketing enterprise-level hardware products and solutions on a global scale.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
