Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate would need strong understanding of social media trends, influencer strategies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers across various platforms. Individual's goal would be to create and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring that messaging is on-brand and resonates with their followers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of partnerships.
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., social media, content, and design) to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Manage influencer marketing budget and ensure cost-effective partnerships that deliver strong ROI.
- Generate reports and insights on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably for a D2C brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and on-brand campaign concepts.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
