Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on paid advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other relevant channels. Individual will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for the D2C site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads& Instagram Ads) and others.
- Develop ad creatives (in collaboration with the creative team) that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand’s voice.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to ensure high relevance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance using analytics tools to assess key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to identify the most effective strategies.
- Familiarity with whatsapp/email marketing and CRM platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging advertising opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Budget management: Allocate and optimize the budget across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Generate and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for a D2C brand.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad management dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry news.
We would Prefer:
- Experience with additional platforms such as Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or Ads.
- Experience in eCommerce marketing.
