This role sits in the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) function of the LEGO® Retail organization. LEGO® Retail is the owned and operated retail arm of The LEGO Group, responsible for LEGO Brand Retails Stores (LBR) and LEGO.com. This role reports to the Marketing Planning & Performance Director. It works closely with the other Marketing leaders across REM and with wider teams within LEGO Retail, including Regional Commercial Development (RCD).
As a Senior Manager in our Marketing Planning & Performance team, you will be at the heart of our strategic planning and performance management. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the business to lead strategic conversations, identify opportunities, and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Your ability to synthesize complex information and deliver clear, actionable plans will be critical to your success in this role.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds proven experience in marketing strategy, planning, and performance management at a senior level, preferably in a consumer-focused environment; together with strong experience balancing both brand and commercial performance.
Previous experience working with SAP, Adobe Analytic and MS Excel & MS PPT, will be an advantage.
