Core Responsibilities
In this exciting position, you become a member of our Innovation Ways-of-Working team, made up of highly skilled and experienced coaches, advisors, and change agents with the purpose to encourage and enable people to evolutionize the way we develop play experiences and bring them to market.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong and versatile coaching abilities! You are capable of and comfortable with guiding the organisation in an environment of high degrees of uncertainty and complexity. Your professional playing field includes:
Helping teams to navigate in uncertainty, elevating their ability to discover and deliver new products that consumers love.
Coach and enable teams and leaders.
Identify and remove complex impediments across organizational areas.
Be strong at situational leadership. When needed be a strong advisor to senior partners, solve problems in close collaboration with teams and be an (agile) innovation lighthouse who guides to better ways-of-working and leading.
Be generous and inspirational with your experience to help you and the rest of the Innovation Ways-of-Working team to continuously improve when creating movements, interventions, training, coaching sessions and solutions.

With its 3,000 employees, the LEGO Group’s Product & Marketing Development (PMD) organization is on a meaningful journey to figure out how to develop products for the future. In the Innovation Ways-of-Working Team we work across departments, teams and competency areas to make the strategy come alive, enable new ways of working in PMD and remove impediments across the organization and value streams that may hinder innovation. We work with a variety of senior partners and teams to continuously improve and encourage new ways-of-working and leading that foster innovation.
Do you have what it takes?
You are a candidate with experience as a coach and/or leadership advisor and come with a proven coaching or advisory/consultancy toolbox.
You have great experience working with leadership teams, building and developing team/organizational environments that foster innovation.
You have a reputation as a trusted advisor, you’re collegiate and diplomatic in your approach, but also comfortable with decisive and deliberate interventions towards senior partners if needed.
You have knowledge of why, when, and how to apply agile and other methodologies; also have knowledge about transformational theories and practices including e.g. behavioral science and balanced change and know how to combine them to a working solution for the organization.
You have the ability to guide others while also being strong at crafting solutions yourself.
What will make you stand out:
You may have experience in the discovery of and acting on insights from personality profiling.
You may have previously worked in product development and/or marketing (both digital and non-digital products), allowing you to empathize with creative teams in both subject areas.
