Core Responsibilities
Collaborate in preparing the LEGO Group’s Sustainability Progress Report to the Executive Leadership Team and external stakeholders
Report progress on our sustainability journey
Support and update PowerBI reporting and other ESG reporting solutions
Be a go-to expert on controlling of ESG data and reporting
Stay updated on European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the EU Taxonomy (sector standards)
Aid in integrating ESRS standards into processes, policies, and plans for sustainability reporting
Support the merge of Sustainability (non-Financial) and Financial Statement into a unified external report
Participate in functional projects regarding sustainability reporting etc.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will be a key player in the Sustainability Reporting & Data team. A strong & fun team within the CFO Organisation, responsible for the Sustainability Statement.
You will work closely with global stakeholders to embed policies and requirements into reporting and deliver sustainability insights to drive decision making and external communication.
Do you have what it takes?
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience that aligns with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy regulation
Reporting experience from a global corporate position, advisor or assurance provider
Ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver accurate and complete insights
Strong communication skills
Collaborative approach that enables the team to be effective and successful
Knowledge of non-financial reporting regulations and standards (CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
Proficiency in English
