Core Responsibilities
In this 10-month temporary position as our Employee Experience Creator, it will be your core responsibility to enhance our employee experience through visual communication and concept design across our total rewards experience project portfolio. More specifically you will:
Transform complex information and insights into visual materials that bring readers through a clear storyline to foster deep understanding and consensus on strategic projects.
Drive the translation of end-user, subject matter expert, and business partner insights into actionable recommendations and clear, user-friendly concepts.
Co-create employee experiences and communication strategies in collaboration with corporate brand communication, local communities, project team and other relevant partners.
Create SharePoint sites/overviews/presentations for end-users and partners who engage with the Total Rewards experience portfolio
Support the development of global and local employee experience concepts by working with focus groups to have end-user perspectives and convert findings to concrete proposals and concepts.
Provide ongoing support for employee experience implementation and sparring to colleagues across the organization working with employee experience

You will join the Employee Experience and Engagement team in Global Rewards where you’ll play a key part in enhancing the total rewards experience for our colleagues by combining the values of our company with what our colleagues experience in their day-to-day journey, supporting overall global employee attraction & retainment at the LEGO Group. Collaborating with key cross-functional teams across PPC (People, Places and Culture) and other areas of the organization, you will participate in projects that take departure in people’s needs and behavior, designing interventions that solve challenges and elevate employee experiences. Some projects in our expanding portfolio that you will be part of are Employee Benefits Experience, Best of Both (our hybrid work model), EU Pay Transparency and more!
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a background within visual communication and demonstrate experience in delivering creative, end-user focused communication built on data from end-users in collaboration with cross functional colleagues / project partners. In addition, we expect that you:
Show the ability to translate complex information, concepts and insights into easy-to-understand visual communication materials using PowerPoint.
Bring experience combining creative ideas and concepts with practical implementation.
Have experience with creative projects and user journey mapping.
Thrive working in a collaborative culture and have an adaptable, open-minded, and exploratory approach to work.
Are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.
