Core Responsibilities
Act as an operational orchestrator, working with creative, strategy, analytics, and production leads to drive digital content integration across platforms for maximum impact.
Focus on digital content integration, including social content, CRM, membership, owned digital channels, shared channels, and paid commerce, with an emphasis on agile, reactive content.
Manage and coordinate senior partners and channel experts within the organization to ensure alignment.
Create and implement integrated content plans across platforms, reducing complexity and duplication.
Ensure seamless connection between paid/organic social and owned/earned channels from a content perspective.
Collaborate with creative teams to inspire, craft, and optimize world-class content that builds LEGO brand love, grows channels, and drives commercial impact.

Do you have what it takes?
Significant experience in a digital strategy / business leadership role.
Experience of using data-driven planning tools, audience insight (qualitative and quantitative) and effectiveness data to build plans.
Experience of working with channels / media owners to develop strategic / creative and executional thinking.
Ability to stay ahead and move with consumer behaviours, technology platforms, and cultural shifts.
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and emotional to be a key member of our team.
Passion for creating communication work that has an impact, that matters and that’s memorable!
Preferred
Experienced within a global strategy/ marketing lead context beneficial or working within a ‘multiple markets / regional’ capacity.
Excellent thought leadership and presentation skills.
Big team and cross-org collaborations.
