Core Responsibilities
In this role within the Brand Tracking team, you will manage key brand tracking platforms, ensuring platform excellence and innovation to consistently deliver global brand and performance insights that drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include coordinating our ServiceNow platforms, responsible for project management, collaborating with vendors for efficiency, and generating insights for selected customers. You will support brand tracking platform optimization, handle ad hoc analysis requests, and work closely with external vendors, Global Insights colleagues, and key business areas. As part of the Global Insights Data Platforms Team, you will collaborate with researchers and business partners to enable insight-driven business narratives.

Global Insights is embarking on an exciting journey with a new structure built around three key teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. This Manager role is part of the Enablers team, specifically within Data Platforms. The team leads all aspects of consumer and shopper-focused platforms such as BEAT, MDS, NPS, NPD, and CGT, which are crucial for performance evaluation and action. These platforms also contribute to two critical global metrics: Active Consumer Base and NPS, making this team’s work impactful across the entire LEGO Group.

We are seeking a candidate with relevant background coupled with few years of relevant business experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, ServiceNow, and project management tools is essential, along with strong communication and influencing skills. The ideal candidate has worked in global environments, across time zones, with experience in insights functions and project management. They are a natural collaborator, thrive both in teams and independently, are self-motivated, and adaptable to diverse profiles, from analysts to marketeers.
