As a Product Manager at the LEGO Group, you'll lead a dynamic cross-functional team to create innovative tools for physical product graphic design and 3D asset development. Your work will support a wide range of LEGO experiences, from printed building instructions and photorealistic marketing materials to innovative digital platforms like our LEGO Builder app and LEGO Fortnite.

Core Responsibilities
- Translate overarching business goals into a clear product strategy.
- Define long-term ambitions, product vision, and roadmaps in collaboration with partners, and engineering teams.
- Establish and manage quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team.
- Collaborate with your team to convert business goals and user feedback into valuable outcomes.
- Partner with Business Leadership and Customer Leads to prioritize needs based on user insights and business impact.
- Continuously optimize the product to achieve defined outcomes.
- Coordinate with fellow Product Managers in Product Innovation Enablement to ensure organizational needs are addressed by the right teams.

Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in product management and strategy
- Industry experience in VFX, gaming, 3D animation, product development, or similar fields
- Experience in software development for industrial design
- Familiarity with Agile product management
- Great at building relationships and communicating effectively
- General knowledge of software development
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams
- Ability to translate product vision and user insights into actionable priorities
Additionally, it would be great if you have:
- Familiarity with JIRA and task management systems like Ftrack or Shotgrid
- Proficiency in 3D content creation software (e.g., Maya, Zbrush, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Substance Suite)
- Experience with digital shader and material creation for 3D render software (e.g., VRAY, Unreal Engine)
