We're looking for a dynamic leader to redefine our supply chain operations and drive innovation in the electronics manufacturing space.
Core responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Scalable Supply Chain Strategies: Configure end-to-end supply chains to support the growth and scalability of Tech Elements.
Prepare Teams and Sites for Scalable Operations: Equip the Novelty Interface team and processing sites for efficient operations in alignment with EMS manufacturing and Tech Element architectures.
Identify and Mitigate Risks: Track and address end-to-end risks across functions to ensure smooth and resilient supply chain operations.
Design and Implement a Return Chain: Establish a return process from consumer service centers and conduct structural design/manufacturing assessments of returned elements to inform Field Call Rate corrective actions.
Build Core Electronics Manufacturing Capabilities: Develop scalable and robust electronics manufacturing processes as a key operational proficiency.
Adapt the Operating Model: Partner to codevelop the supply chain operating model to reflect the unique demands and characteristics of Tech Element supply chains.
Drive Change Management for Scalability: Lead initiatives to synchronize internal and external electronics operations, ensuring seamless, agile supply chain scalability for Tech Elements.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Within Tech Elements, the OPS Electronics Group is responsible for scaling Tech Elements to various markets and channels. This involves providing input towards Tech Element Design Architectures to facilitate scaling. Core activities include the development of fully automated and tested manufacturing processes and high-volume electronics’ manufacturing.
This specific role focuses on integrating the unique aspects of electronics hardware architecture, including its constraints and regulations, into regional processing and configuration centers. The role involves co-developing and implementing an adjusted Operating Model to guide these processes.
Do you have what it takes?
Relevant educational background in hardware electronics and/or supply chain management.
Broad supply chain experience, especially within electronics industries getting in touch with downstream activities
Familiar with ODM/ OEM/ EMS business relationships
Have a strong horizontal end-to-end experience able to connect the different organizational functions over the value chain
Very familiar with hardware development methodologies (Tech Element Development Process, TDP) and NPI structures (New Product Introduction)
Experience or comfortable with learning technical topics incl. the electronics industry, and understand its impacts on downstream implementation or decisions
Prior experience with large cross-functional programs, preferably as a leader
