Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I) is a global organization of project managers, project assistants and specialists with a wide knowledge and diverse backgrounds. We are carrying the LEGO values and strive to continuously improve ourselves.
The Student Worker working in the MD&I organization with Strategic Projects and Business Enabling team will be working within the Portfolio Management function to provide automated and digital portfolio overviews for our leaders showing how single projects support the strategy.
The purpose of this position is to enable leaders in MD&I to have easy access to project data, progress and how projects support our strategy.
Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Furthermore, we are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-, and/or business-related field, or have equivalent work experience. Additionally, you have:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of SharePoint.
- Solid process development skills enabled by strong structure and organization skills.
- Ability to communicate complex/detailed information in a simple and visual way – fluent English.
- Customer driven and service minded.
- Knowledge on portfolio management and portfolio analysis/reporting.
- Person must thrive juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, have a good sense of humour and an accommodating personality.
- Ability to combine and reuse knowledge into new ideas.
- Ability to take initiative and act on opportunities.
- The ability to work from our location in Billund with opportunity to work from home from time to time.
