Work Location: This position will be mainly based in our temporary training facility at Eastern International University (Binh Duong) and requires frequent travelling to our future factory in VSIP3, Tan Uyen (Binh Duong). Relocation to our factory is expected from early 2025. Transportation will be provided from HCMC, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong.

Core Responsibilities
Design and develop the LEGO Integrated Management System (IMS), in a way that (as a minimum) be compliant with all the relevant requirements and beyond that, become an effective, agile, and customized management system, that provides the opportunity of continuous improvement.
Managing, controlling and implementing the IMS in our site in Vietnam, in line with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001; and if applicable other standards (e.g other ISO standards, FSC, etc.)
Understanding all the Management Systems related, applicable, and accepted standards, models, and tools.
Obtain ISO certification for LMV
Plan, coordinate and successfully execute internal and external audit plans to maintain certificates and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Report to global IMS director and local top management team the performance of IMS KPIs and support local leadership team on IMS tasks (e.g. Local Management Review)
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities related to the LEGO Group Management Systems
Develop and deliver IMS-related training programs.
Roll out and lead IMS-related communities (e.g., IMS Ambassadors).
Define, plan, and execute global strategic improvement projects related to IMS.

The IMS department supports the LEGO Group by working as part of a global team of dedicated IMS Managers, driving improvements across the organization. Positioned within the global Corporate Quality and EHS department, the IMS team specializes in ISO standards, management systems, continuous improvement, and business process & document management. Their primary goal is to ensure that relevant standards (such as ISO, FSC, RBP, etc.) and requirements are effectively integrated into the company’s processes and frameworks. Additionally, the department facilitates the efficient handling of non-conformities and the promotion of best practices, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of the organization.
Do you have what it takes?
Prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical fields such as Industrial Management/ Industrial Systems Engineering/ Engineering majors or equivalent
Minimum of 5-year of experience in Quality area of multinational manufacturing companies/ quality certification bodies
Advanced proficiency in English.
Strong knowledge and experience with ISO standards and Business Process Management.
Lead auditor certification (as minimum for ISO 9001)
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Excellent planning skills, with the ability to simplify complex matters into actionable solutions.
Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Good problem solving and ability to turn complex issues into simple solutions (pragmatic approach)
Experience in preparing and driving management reviews is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially within large, international organizations.
Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools like ARIS or SAP Signavio is a plus.
Self-driven and proactive, with a high level of initiative and persistence.
