Core Responsibilities
Driving legal workstreams in our WE Market and LDC Team, incl. collaborating with internal specialists and
Managing external counsel.
Stakeholder management – from executive level to mid management and commercial specialist.
Ensuring high level of compliance.
Be part of developing tools and templates relevant to the area.

The WE Legal Team is a team with regional (Western Europe markets, LEGO Discovery Centers and IPR enforcement) and
global (Operations, Facilities and Procurement) responsibility dedicated to providing legal assistance across our areas for key
tasks and projects that support the LEGO Group’s strategic priorities and commercial agenda.
Do you have what it takes?
Legal degree.
Minimum 4-6 years of (postgraduate) experience from inhouse or private practice, including experience with retail, marketing, sales, competition law and data privacy.
Collaborate and communicative mindset.
Proven track-record in complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
Strong commercial understanding across multiple levels of a value chain.
Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on legal issues.
Thrives in a changing environment.
English to an advanced level.
