We are the in-house creative agency leading all the global creative work, campaigns, digital assets,experiencesand packaging for The LEGO Group.Thisimportant rolewill lead and manage the newly formed, cross-functional global OLA Studios and Partner Management Team. This team of over 100 people encompasses the production, finishing and delivery of our campaign and producttool-boxes, packaging, as well as selecting and managing our strategic creative and production partners. You are also a part of the leadership team of OLA and being based in Billund, play a significant role in the culture of our HQ agency location and work closely with the SVP Head of LEGO Agency.
This is a high profile and far-reaching role within Our LEGO Agency and the broader LEGO Group, responsible for a significant budget and diverse team with skillsets covering creative execution (packaging, core assets), production (film,experiencesand digital) and delivery with project management.
This role interfaces daily with upstream teams within OLA such as Strategy Planning, Creative, Integrated Services, Commerce and Hubs within OLA, while also interacting regularly with the LEGO Product Groups, Operations on the Packaging, as well as the Digital Consumer Engagement team on content creation, production, Entertainment, Partners & Content team on talent, Brick Marketing, and with Procurement and Legal on the partner management side.
You are a transformational leader comfortable at driving both efficiency and productivity, as well as enabling creative excellence. You have a vision for the world of creative production and a deep knowledge of the latest creation and production tools, including AI.

While a relevant degree is helpful, your proventrack recordin successful and positive agency and productionleadership,is the most important.
Executive Business Operations:Creative execution & Production Operations executive leadership, Financial Forecasting, Planning, Strategic Resourcing, Processes, Tools & Systems, as well as Delivery & Compliance.
Holistic Production Understanding:broad knowledge across Production areas such as Content (Film & Photography), Experiential, Digital, Graphic/Product Design, and Packaging.
