Are you passionate in building the future of LEGO Offline business in China?
To support LEGO business long-term growth, we need an offline channel mkt manager, who is responsible for offline channel activations.
The key objective of the role is to further develop the joint marketing partnership with customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of offline retailers’ business, great skills of merchandising planning and execution.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position
Core Responsibilities
To lead the overall channel activations to support business growth.
Be focused on in-store merchandising to drive excellent brand and portfolio display.
Be responsible to drive the integration with B2B partners in key areas, like marketing calendar, platforms’ resources etc.
Drive continuous improvement in store execution through review with partner team and merchandising team, effective feedback with insights, support partner campaign executional capability building
Play your part in our team succeeding
LEGO China is leading and driving the Customer growth strategy and business objectives. We coordinate and collaborate with multi-functional resources to ensure synergy and coherence.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field is preferred
Strong business understanding of the channel/trade marketing.
Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent ability to build long lasting relations.
Excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
People management experience is an advantage.
Some domestic travel required.
IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PPT.
